AdsPower Alternatives: 7 Options Compared for 2026

Short answer: people searching for AdsPower alternatives are usually chasing one of three things, and each one points at a different tool. Want a price you can read without a sales configurator? Dolphin Anty and Hidemyacc print theirs. Want an API you can call from a Linux worker instead of a Windows desktop? Multilogin X is the only remote one in this comparison. Left over the January 2025 supply chain breach? Read the security section first, because AdsPower now publishes more third-party assurance than most of the places you would move to.

That last sentence is the reason this post exists. Every other "AdsPower alternative" roundup opens with the hack and treats it as a settled argument for switching. The hack was real, it cost users roughly $4.7 million, and it is worth understanding in detail. It is also the one reason to leave that switching vendors does not reliably fix, and almost nobody says so.

Below: what actually pushes people off AdsPower, seven replacements with figures read off the vendors' own pages on 31 August 2026, the two AdsPower features most of them do not replace, and a cutover procedure that does not hand your accounts to a risk engine. We sell datacenter proxies and no antidetect browser, so nothing here has a thumb on the scale.

Why people leave AdsPower

Four reasons, in roughly the order they show up in support threads.

You cannot read the price. AdsPower's pricing page shows Free, Professional, Business and Enterprise, and every number on it renders from a configurator driven by your profile count and your member count. Enterprise says "Price upon request" for both. There is no static table to compare against a competitor's static table, no printed per-profile rate, and a permanent "Save Up to 50% on Longer Plans" banner that makes the anchor price impossible to pin down. For a solo operator deciding between two tools on a Tuesday afternoon, that is friction with no upside.

The API is bound to a desktop. AdsPower's automation entry point is a local REST API on loopback, documented against 127.0.0.1 with a per-tier rate limit of 120, 300 or 600 requests per minute on Professional, Business and Enterprise respectively. Your orchestrator has to run on the same machine as the AdsPower client, or tunnel to it. At 30 profiles across four operator laptops that is fine. At 600 profiles it is a fleet of Windows VMs to patch, license, monitor and pay for, and none of that cost appears on the pricing page.

Two free profiles. AdsPower gives 2 permanent free profiles plus a 7-day trial. That is the tightest free tier of any mainstream vendor except Octo Browser, which has none on desktop. Kameleo hands out 100 cloud profiles and a working API for nothing. Multilogin gives 5. Incogniton gives 10 for two months. If you want to evaluate a real workflow before paying, AdsPower makes you pay first.

The January 2025 breach. Which needs its own section, because the popular version of the story is wrong in a way that will cost you money.

The January 2025 breach, in proportion

On 21 January 2025, an attacker replaced the cryptocurrency wallet extension downloads distributed through AdsPower with a tampered build. The injected code worked as a backdoor: it pulled mnemonic recovery phrases and private keys out of the wallet extension and shipped them to an attacker-controlled server. MetaMask and OKX wallet extensions were the targets. The compromise ran undetected for three days, and SlowMist put the losses at roughly $4.7 million (Risky Business Media, 7 February 2025; Halborn).

AdsPower found it on 24 January, cut the attacker's access, force-uninstalled the affected extensions from users' browsers, told affected users to move funds immediately, and reported the incident to Singapore law enforcement. It later published a remediation update.

Now the part the alternatives articles leave out.

The failure mode was not fingerprinting. It was extension distribution. Nothing about AdsPower's canvas spoofing or its SunBrowser kernel failed. What failed was a channel that pushes third-party browser extensions into many profiles at once. Every antidetect browser in this comparison has that channel, because bulk extension management is a headline feature of the category. Switching vendors moves the same architectural risk to a different company.

Your blast radius equals your batch size. The reason a single poisoned extension turned into $4.7 million is that high-value crypto wallets were living inside disposable multi-account profiles, and the tooling that makes 200 profiles manageable also makes 200 profiles compromisable in one action. That property does not stay behind when you leave.

AdsPower is now, on paper, the most certified vendor in the category. Its own site states it holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. Multilogin publishes SOC 2 Type II. As of 31 August 2026, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty, Kameleo, Octo Browser, Hidemyacc and Incogniton do not advertise an equivalent audit on their public pages. Certifications are not proof of safety, and AdsPower earned its by being breached first. But if your stated reason for leaving is security assurance, check what the replacement publishes before you sign, because the honest answer for most of this list is "nothing".

So the useful conclusion is not "leave AdsPower". It is this: keep wallets, payment methods and anything bearer-token shaped out of antidetect profiles entirely, on every vendor. Use a separate machine or a hardware wallet for custody. Install extensions from the official web store per profile rather than through the vendor's bulk pusher. Do that and the January 2025 attack class stops mattering, which frees you to pick a browser on price and architecture like a normal purchase.

GoLogin: the closest like-for-like swap

GoLogin asks the least rethinking of anyone leaving AdsPower. Cloud-first profile storage on the Orbita Chromium build, an Android app, cloud launches so profiles run without your laptop awake, and a REST API rated at 300 requests per minute on the entry paid tier.

Custom$149/mo$299/mo2,000 and up141,200 RPM

Read from GoLogin's pricing page, 31 August 2026. Annual billing is the advertised 50% discount rate.

Two things matter here that the feature grids miss. The first is cloud launches, which is GoLogin's genuine answer to AdsPower's desktop-bound API: a profile can run on GoLogin's infrastructure rather than on a VM you rent. That attacks the exact reason AdsPower gets expensive at scale. The second is the team member column, which reads 1 on every published tier. If you are a two-person operation, GoLogin does not solve your problem, and you should be looking at Multilogin or Kameleo instead. Our Multilogin vs GoLogin breakdown covers that split, and Dolphin Anty vs GoLogin covers the cheaper end.

Dolphin Anty: printed prices and a $10 API

If "I could not get a straight price out of AdsPower" is why you are here, Dolphin Anty is the shortest route to a number.

Dolphin Anty planMonthlyProfilesExtra seatsAPI
Free$05noneno
Starter$10up to 60noneyes
Base$89100+$10 eachyes
Team$159300+$20 eachyes
Enterprise$299up to 50,000+$25 eachyes

Read from Dolphin Anty's pricing page, 31 August 2026. Prepaying multiple months discounts the rate, and billing is offered in USD, EUR, RUB and BRL.

Look hard at the gap between Starter and Base. That is $79 a month for 40 more profiles, which is a terrible profile-per-dollar trade taken literally. What you are actually buying at Base is the ability to add a second human at $10 a head. If you are solo and you only need scripting, Starter is the plan, and buying up to Base for headroom is the most common overspend on this vendor.

The catch for AdsPower refugees is that Dolphin Anty's API is local, like AdsPower's. You have solved price transparency and cost. You have not solved the "every automation lane needs a desktop" problem.

Multilogin: the only remote API here

This is the structural upgrade, and it is the reason to accept a refactor.

Multilogin X publishes a remote API and requires remote WebDriver for Selenium, Playwright and Puppeteer. A local WebDriver does not work. That constraint irritates people on day one and then pays for itself forever, because once your code speaks to a remote agent, any host that can reach that agent can drive any profile. CI runners, a scheduler, a container, a colleague's laptop. AdsPower cannot do that unless you build the tunnel yourself.

Business 300$57.08/mo ($685/yr)$89300moremore

Read from Multilogin's pricing page, 31 August 2026.

The bundled traffic looks like a differentiator until you divide it: roughly 102 MB per profile per month on Pro 10, roughly 34 MB on Business 300, against tens of megabytes for a single session on an image-heavy social feed. It is a sampler for evaluation, not an operating supply. We did that arithmetic in full in AdsPower vs Multilogin, which also covers the kernel and governance differences in more depth than fits here.

Multilogin is also the only alternative in this list that publishes SOC 2 Type II, which makes it the natural landing spot for anyone whose migration is being driven by a client security questionnaire rather than by price.

Kameleo: buy concurrency, not profile counts

Kameleo prices a different thing to everyone else, and it happens to be the thing that actually binds you.

Kameleo planAnnualMonthlyConcurrent browsersTeam membersAPI
FreeEUR 0EUR 02360 RPM
StartupEUR 45/moEUR 59/mo10unlimited120 RPM
BusinessEUR 225/moEUR 299/mo100unlimited600 RPM
EnterpriseEUR 1,125/moEUR 1,499/mo1,000unlimited1,200 RPM

Read from Kameleo's pricing page, 31 August 2026. Local profiles are unlimited on every plan; cloud profiles are 100 on Free and 5,000 on every paid plan.

Every other vendor sells you a profile counter. A profile counter is inventory, not capacity. What limits throughput is how many browsers you can hold open at once and how fast your API calls are allowed to arrive, and Kameleo is the only one that puts both on the price tag. Free includes 2 concurrent browsers, 100 cloud profiles, 300 minutes of browser time, 3 team members and a working 60 RPM API, which is a complete migration test harness at zero cost. Kameleo also commits to shipping new Chroma kernels within 5 days of each Stable Chrome release, which is the kind of specific, falsifiable maintenance claim worth more than a spoofing feature list.

The trade: Kameleo's API is local, served by Kameleo.CLI on your own machine with SDKs on PyPI, NPM and NuGet. Same desktop dependency as AdsPower. You are buying concurrency economics and free seats, not a remote control plane.

Octo Browser, Hidemyacc and Incogniton

Three tools that answer narrower versions of the question.

Octo Browser: the anti-AdsPower on reputation, no better on packaging

Octo runs five euro-priced tiers: Lite, Starter, Base, Team and Advanced, billable monthly or on 3, 6 and 12-month terms. "Access to the API" appears only from Base upward and Team Members only from Team upward, and its prices render client-side exactly like AdsPower's, so it fixes nothing about comparing on a spreadsheet. Consider it only if the Octium kernel's reputation is what you are buying.

Hidemyacc: cheapest exit, and it imports your profiles

Hidemyacc runs Mini at $5, Starter $15, Base $25, Team $49 and Business $99 per month, against regular rates of $10, $29, $49, $99 and $199 (Hidemyacc pricing, 31 August 2026). API access and a sub-account start at Base. All plans carry a 7-day trial.

The reason it belongs in an AdsPower migration post specifically: its own feature list advertises moving profiles in from any browser or antidetect browser through a single link, and it ships a synchronizer for driving many profiles at once, though that is Windows-only. Those are the two things an AdsPower user most wants to keep.

Incogniton: the long free evaluation, with an automation cliff

Incogniton gives 10 profiles free for two months, then drops you to 3. Starter Plus is $13.99 a month for 10 profiles and explicitly excludes automation. Entrepreneur at $20.99 for 50 profiles is the first tier with REST API and Selenium or Puppeteer access. Professional is $55.99 for 150 profiles with 3 seats, and Custom starts at $104.99 for 500-plus (Incogniton pricing, 31 August 2026). Six-month terms take 30% off and yearly takes 40%.

Watch the cliff. The free plan and Starter Plus both exclude the Cookie Collector, the Synchronizer, profile transfer, team management, cookie export and every automation hook. Evaluate on the free tier, buy Starter Plus, and you have bought a tool that cannot do what you tested it for.

The two features you will probably miss

Price comparisons dominate this keyword and they miss the actual switching cost. AdsPower's two signature features are the no-code RPA builder with its template marketplace, and the Multi-Windows Synchronizer that mirrors your input across many open profiles. If your team clicks rather than scripts, those two features are most of what you are paying for.

ToolSynchronizer-style bulk controlNo-code RPA builder

Incognitonyes, paid tiers onlynot published
GoLoginnot publishednot published
Dolphin Antynot publishednot published
Multiloginnot publishednot published
Kameleonot publishednot published
Octo Browsernot publishednot published

"Not published" means exactly that: it does not appear on the vendor's own pricing or feature page as read on 31 August 2026. Ask the vendor rather than assuming absence. But the shape of the table is real, and it is the single best argument for staying on AdsPower: if operator hours are your bottleneck rather than engineering hours, there is no clean replacement, and the two partial ones are both budget tools.

One caveat if you keep using a synchronizer anywhere. Antidetect browsers separate device identity; a synchronizer deliberately makes behaviour identical, and fifty profiles clicking the same coordinates in the same order with sub-millisecond timing deltas are fifty devices behaving like one hand. Mouse movement, scroll cadence and keystroke intervals are all readable from JavaScript. Use it for warm-up browsing and bulk settings changes, and keep it away from the actions a platform scores.

Migrating off AdsPower without burning accounts

There is no portable antidetect profile format. Cookies and localStorage export cleanly. Fingerprints do not. The canvas hash, WebGL strings, AudioContext values, font list and TLS ClientHello that AdsPower's SunBrowser kernel generated belong to AdsPower's engine, and your new tool will mint its own. Every profile you rebuild therefore presents a brand new device to a platform that has been watching the old one for months, which is a device-change event, which is exactly what a risk engine scores.

That leaves one rule worth more than the rest combined: change one identity variable at a time. The fingerprint has to change. So hold the network identity still. Same exit IP, same city, same ASN, same sticky session, straight through the cutover. A new device on a familiar IP reads as someone buying a laptop. A new device on a new IP in a new city reads as a stolen session.

The sequence that works:

  1. Rank profiles by what a ban costs. Move the cheapest cohort first and watch it for a week before you touch anything that earns.
  2. Export cookies before you cancel anything. Profiles live behind an active subscription. Cancel first and the export window closes with it.
  3. Pin the proxy before you touch the browser. Record which exit IP each profile has been using and reserve it. This is what sticky sessions exist for.
  4. Rebuild in cohorts of 5 to 10. Fifty profiles changing device on one afternoon, from one subnet, on one new engine build, is a cluster, and clustering is how multi-accounting gets caught.
  5. Match the operating system. A profile that was a Windows fingerprint in AdsPower should be rebuilt as Windows. Moving a long-lived account from Windows to macOS in the same step is a bigger jump than changing vendors.
  6. Rebuild extensions from the official store, one profile at a time. This is the January 2025 lesson made operational. Do not let the new vendor's bulk pusher become your software supply chain, and do not carry wallet extensions across at all.
  7. Warm before you act. Open the profile, browse, read notifications, close it. Nothing scored for the first few sessions: no posting, no payment method edits, no ad spend changes.
  8. Keep AdsPower alive for one billing cycle. Cheapest rollback you will ever buy. Stay on the monthly rate while you migrate instead of prepaying for a discount you are about to abandon.

One check before you trust the new build. The TLS handshake comes from the browser engine, not from the fingerprint settings, so SunBrowser, Orbita, Mimic, Chroma and Octium all present slightly different ClientHellos even with identical values shown on screen. If your targets fingerprint at that layer, switching vendors changes something you cannot configure from the UI. How TLS fingerprinting works covers what is being measured, and why a User-Agent that disagrees with the handshake is worse than no spoofing at all.

Proxies: the half no antidetect browser ships

AdsPower is explicit about this on its own site: it does not offer built-in proxies and expects you to bring your own over HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 or SSH, on IPv4 or IPv6. GoLogin, Multilogin and Incogniton bundle small allowances that look generous until you divide them by the plan's profile count. So whichever alternative you land on, you are buying proxies separately, and that purchase outweighs the browser choice, because an IP carries reputation and history while a fresh fingerprint carries none.

Two rules survive any vendor switch.

One profile, one exit IP, held. Rotating on every request is correct for scraping and wrong for a logged-in account. Antidetect browsers accept a single proxy per profile, so pin it with a sticky session and keep the token stable for the life of the account.

Match geography to the account's story. A profile whose timezone, locale and language say Frankfurt, exiting through a Singapore IP, fails the cheapest check a platform runs. Set the browser to derive timezone and geolocation from the proxy, then verify it instead of trusting the toggle.

Dropped into the proxy fields of any browser in this comparison, a sticky configuration looks like this:

Type: HTTP
Host: gateway.sparkproxy.io
Port: 11002
Username: user-session-acct42
Password: your-password

Verify it before you attach it to anything valuable:

# Same session token twice: the exit IP must be identical both times.
curl -x http://user-session-acct42:PASS@gateway.sparkproxy.io:11002 https://ipinfo.io/json
curl -x http://user-session-acct42:PASS@gateway.sparkproxy.io:11002 https://ipinfo.io/json

# Rotating pool on 11000: a different exit each call. Right for scraping, wrong for an account.
curl -x http://user:PASS@gateway.sparkproxy.io:11000 https://ipinfo.io/json

# SOCKS5 on 13000, for the browsers whose proxy field prefers it.
curl -x socks5h://user-session-acct42:PASS@gateway.sparkproxy.io:13000 https://ipinfo.io/json

The session token lives in the username, which is why the credential format matters as much as the hostname. Two practical notes. Use socks5h rather than socks5 so DNS resolves at the exit rather than on your machine, otherwise your resolver leaks the lookup while your traffic goes somewhere else. And our SOCKS5 endpoint handles TCP CONNECT, which is all a browser profile needs, so do not plan around UDP.

Our disclosure, since we sell one half of this stack: SparkProxy provides datacenter proxies, with rotating exits on port 11000, sticky sessions on 11002 and SOCKS5 on 13000, plus a 24-hour free trial if you want to test exit-IP stability before committing a cohort. Datacenter IPs suit ad verification, SERP checks, price monitoring and localization QA. Guarded consumer social platforms generally want residential or mobile exits, which is a genuinely different product, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Antidetect browsers vs proxies explains which layer solves which detection problem, and why buying one without the other usually fails.

Which one fits which buyer

  • You want a price you can read, today, without a sales call. Dolphin Anty Starter at $10 or Hidemyacc Base at $25. Both print every number.
  • You want the same product with less friction. GoLogin Professional at $24 a month annually for 100 profiles, plus cloud launches so profiles stop depending on your desktop staying awake.
  • You want to stop maintaining a VM per automation lane. Multilogin X. It is the only remote API in this comparison, and the refactor to remote WebDriver is a one-time cost.
  • You are scaling automation and concurrency is what actually binds you. Kameleo, on its concurrency pricing, with unlimited free seats on paid plans. Prototype on the free tier first, since it includes a working API.
  • A client's security questionnaire triggered this. Multilogin, for the published SOC 2 Type II, and read the security section again before you assume the move helps.
  • You need the longest free evaluation. Incogniton, at 10 profiles for two months. Just do not buy Starter Plus afterwards expecting automation.
  • Your team clicks rather than scripts. Stay on AdsPower, or accept Hidemyacc or Incogniton and their partial synchronizers. Nothing else in this list replaces RPA plus the Multi-Windows Synchronizer, and that is a real answer rather than a hedge.

If none of those describe you, the honest conclusion is that AdsPower fits and the configurator is the only genuine complaint. Get a quote for your exact profile and member count, compare it against the printed numbers above, and switch only if the arithmetic says so. Migration risk is a real cost and it lands on your best accounts.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

It depends on why you are leaving. GoLogin is the closest like-for-like swap at $24 a month annually for 100 profiles, Dolphin Anty Starter is the cheapest printed price with an API at $10, and Multilogin X is the only one here with a remote API you can call from a Linux worker instead of a Windows desktop. There is no single best AdsPower alternative, because the three common exit reasons point at three different tools.

The January 2025 breach compromised third-party wallet extension downloads, not AdsPower's fingerprinting engine, and roughly $4.7 million was stolen over three days before AdsPower cut access and force-removed the extensions. AdsPower now publishes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, which is more third-party assurance than any alternative in this comparison except Multilogin's SOC 2 Type II. The durable fix is to keep crypto wallets out of antidetect profiles on any vendor rather than to switch vendors.

Kameleo. Its free plan includes 2 concurrent browsers, 100 cloud profiles, 3 team members, 300 minutes of browser time and a working 60 requests-per-minute API, which is enough to build and test a migration harness at zero cost. Multilogin's free plan also includes API access with 5 cloud profiles, while Dolphin Anty's and Incogniton's free tiers exclude automation entirely.

Only partially. Cookies and localStorage export and import cleanly, but no portable fingerprint format exists, so the replacement generates a fresh device identity for every profile. Hidemyacc advertises a one-link import from other antidetect browsers, which moves the profile data but still cannot carry the fingerprint, so plan for the device change rather than trying to avoid it.

AdsPower prices Professional and Business from a configurator driven by your profile count and member count, with Enterprise listed as price upon request, so no fixed figure renders on the page. That packaging is deliberate for a product sold to teams of varying size, but it makes head-to-head comparison impossible without requesting a quote, and it is one of the most common reasons people search for an AdsPower alternative in the first place.

Yes, and nothing about that changes with the vendor. AdsPower states plainly that it ships no built-in proxies, and the residential allowances GoLogin, Multilogin and Incogniton bundle shrink to tens of megabytes per profile per month at scale. Bind one sticky exit IP per profile, hold it for the life of the account, and match its geography to the profile's declared timezone and locale.

The SparkProxy Technical Team builds and operates datacenter proxy infrastructure and the SparkProxy Scraping API, handling proxy rotation, sticky sessions, geo-targeting and block-rate analysis for customers running price monitoring, SERP tracking, ad verification and large-scale data collection. We sell no antidetect browser and take no affiliate revenue from any tool named above, which is why the verdict points at five different vendors and, in one case, at staying put. Every price and limit here was read from the vendor's own page on 31 August 2026, and this category reprices often, so verify before you buy. Questions or corrections: support@sparkproxy.io.
