SparkProxy offers a 3-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the service before making any payment. Because of this, all paid plan purchases are strictly non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for SparkProxy paid plans are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a plan you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the service via the free trial and agree that no refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

• All paid subscription plans (monthly or otherwise).
• Partial billing periods. No pro-rata refunds are issued for early cancellation.
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use.
• Accounts found to be abusing the proxy network or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law. Any such request must be submitted to our support team within the timeframe required by law in your jurisdiction.
