The best antidetect browser for Windows depends less on fingerprint marketing and more on the machine: Octo Browser and Kameleo if you want to run profiles on a Windows Server VPS, Dolphin Anty or AdsPower if you are on a modest home PC, and Multilogin if you are on a standard x64 Windows 10 or 11 desktop and want the widest engine choice (but not on an ARM laptop, which it explicitly does not support).

Which tools install cleanly, which ones the vendor actually supports on that exact setup, and what does Windows itself leak into a profile that no settings panel can fix?

Which antidetect browser for Windows to pick
Pick by where the profiles will physically run, then by budget.
- Standard x64 Windows 10 or 11 desktop, one operator. All six tools below work. Choose on engine and price, not on the OS.
- Windows Server VPS so profiles stay online when your PC is off. Shortlist tools that name Windows Server in their own docs: Octo Browser (Server 2016, 2019 and 2022), Kameleo (Server 2016+), GoLogin (Server 2016) and AdsPower (SunBrowser on Server 2016+). Multilogin says Server 2019 "may work" but is not officially tested.
- An older or low-RAM PC. Dolphin Anty and AdsPower both publish a 2 GB RAM minimum, the lowest in this group. AdsPower is also the only one here that still documents 32-bit Windows support.
- A Snapdragon or other ARM Windows laptop. Multilogin rules it out in writing. None of the other five document ARM64 builds. Treat every tool as unsupported until the vendor says otherwise.
Why Windows deserves its own shortlist
It is tempting to assume Windows is the default that simply works. Three things make it messier.
The host is part of the fingerprint. An antidetect browser replaces JavaScript-visible values, but canvas and WebGL pixels are still drawn by your real GPU driver and font rasteriser. Fine when the profile claims Windows, awkward when it claims macOS.
Always-on setups live on Windows Server. A VPS has no physical GPU, a server edition of Windows, and a remote desktop session in between. Some vendors support that environment and some do not, and the difference is buried in help centre pages.
Windows security tooling fights these apps. Modified browser builds, many processes and local API ports draw attention from Defender, and Multilogin's own help pages list antivirus, firewalls, VPNs and proxy tools as things that can stop the app opening.

Dolphin Anty's 40 GB disk figure looks odd next to GoLogin's 1 GB, but profile caches and browser cores do pile up, so budget disk honestly. And AdsPower's Server note covers SunBrowser, its Chromium core. Its Firefox-based FlowerBrowser note names Windows 10 and macOS 11, not Server, so ask before building a VPS workflow on Firefox profiles.

Multilogin
Two engines, Mimic on Chromium and Stealthfox on Firefox, which matters on Windows because running both families from one client gives you more plausible profile variety than a single Chromium core. The requirements page is the most explicit of the group: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit only, a GUI required, no ARM processors, and no Windows 7, 8 or Server 2012. Server 2019 is described as possibly working but not officially tested.

Octo Browser
The strongest documented Windows Server story here. Its docs list Windows 10, 11 and Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 on x64, recommend 8 GB of RAM or more and an SSD, and say the installer has no specific restriction on other Windows versions, while compatibility on unlisted ones is not guaranteed.
Right for operators who want profiles running on a rented Windows Server box with vendor support behind that choice. Wrong for a tight budget, since there is no free plan. See Octo Browser alternatives.
Kameleo
The developer's pick on Windows. Its download page lists Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+, macOS 12+ and Docker, and the product is built around a Local API you drive from code. That API runs as a local service on the Windows machine, so automation scripts and the browser can share one VPS without a second host.
Right for Selenium, Puppeteer or Playwright workloads on Windows Server. Wrong for non-technical teams who mostly click through profiles by hand, because much of the value sits in the API. More in Kameleo alternatives.
GoLogin
Supported on Windows 10, 11 and Server 2016, with a 4 GB RAM minimum and 1 GB of disk, no 32-bit. GoLogin notes that its Chromium-based Orbita 117 dropped Windows 7 and 8.1, the clearest public example of why old Windows installs are a dead end here: the engine must track modern Chrome, and modern Chrome left those versions behind.
Right for small teams that want a cheap, Windows-supported path with an Android app alongside the desktop client. Wrong for Windows Server 2019 or 2022 if you want the version you run named in the docs. See Dolphin Anty vs GoLogin.
AdsPower
The most forgiving on hardware. It documents both x64 and x32 builds, a dual-core CPU, 2 GB of RAM and 2 GB of disk, and Windows Server 2016+ for SunBrowser 111 and later. If you are reviving an old office PC as a profile box, this is the one most likely to install.
Right for social media and ecommerce operators on mixed or older hardware. Wrong for anyone who needs the Firefox engine on a server, per the engine note above. Compare AdsPower vs Multilogin.
Dolphin Anty
Requirements are short: Windows 10 onwards, any dual-core CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 40 GB free disk. The docs add something useful: CPU load per profile behaves like ordinary Chrome, so tabs, extensions and heavy pages drive resource use more than profile count does. Nothing is stated about Windows Server or ARM.
Right for affiliate and media buying work on a normal desktop. Wrong for a server deployment where you need the vendor to confirm the environment in writing. See Dolphin Anty alternatives.
ARM Windows laptops: the trap nobody mentions
Snapdragon Windows laptops run most x64 software through Microsoft's Prism emulation, which is exactly why this is a trap. The installer runs, the client opens, no error appears, and none of that means the tool is supported.
Multilogin is the only vendor here that addresses it, and it says no. Octo Browser documents x64 only. The rest are silent. Emulation sits between the browser and the hardware, so rendering and timing can differ from native x64, and a vendor that never tested ARM cannot tell you whether its fingerprint consistency survives.

ARM64 in either of the first two outputs, or a Snapdragon name in the third, means you should buy on a trial only and get support to confirm the environment in writing. The simpler fix is a cheap x64 Windows VPS and a remote desktop from the laptop.
Windows Server and VPS: running profiles 24/7
A VPS keeps profiles running while your PC sleeps and keeps your home IP out of the picture. It also changes the hardware story the client has to paper over.
No real GPU. Most budget VPS plans have no graphics card, so Windows falls back to a software renderer. The profile reports a spoofed WebGL renderer string, but the drawing still happens in software, so speed and some output details come from that renderer. Ask the vendor how its engine handles GPU-less servers, and test on your target.
Server edition quirks. Windows Server ships stricter defaults and fewer consumer fonts, and installers that assume a desktop edition occasionally miss dependencies. That is why a vendor naming your Server version in its docs is worth real money.
Remote desktop changes display values. An RDP session sets its own resolution and colour depth. Spoof screen metrics in the profile, and avoid resizing the RDP window while profiles are open.

What a Windows host leaks into every profile
This is the part generic roundups skip. An antidetect browser controls what JavaScript can read. It has much less control over how the real machine draws things, and detection scripts hash the drawing.

The practical rule: on a Windows host, build Windows profiles. Spoofing another OS asks the client to hide the host at the pixel level, which is harder than hiding it at the property level, and real Windows users are a big enough crowd to blend into.
A system VPN on the host compounds the problem: its adapter can appear in WebRTC candidates and reroute traffic you thought went through the profile's proxy. Turn it off while profiles run, then confirm with our guides on WebRTC leaks and proxy DNS leak testing.
Defender, SmartScreen and the allowlist question
Expect friction on first install. New builds of lesser-known apps can trigger SmartScreen, and modified browser binaries can trip antivirus heuristics. The vendors' standard advice is to allowlist the app.
Do that carefully, because an allowlist entry stops your antivirus inspecting that folder, and repackaged antidetect installers are a known malware route. Confirm the installer is signed by the vendor first:

Status should read Valid and the signer subject should name the vendor's company. If it reads NotSigned or names someone else, delete the file and download again from the vendor's own site. Allowlist the specific install directory, never a whole drive or your Downloads folder.
Sizing a Windows machine for N profiles
Vendor minimums tell you whether the client opens, not how many profiles you can run. A launched profile is a full browser instance, and its memory use tracks the pages loaded in it, which is exactly what Dolphin Anty's docs point out.
Here is an illustrative sizing, not a benchmark. Assume roughly 400 to 600 MB of RAM per open profile with a few ordinary tabs, plus about 3 GB for Windows and the client itself. Those numbers are an assumption for planning; heavy single-page apps can use several times more.

Stored profiles cost disk, not RAM. Size for concurrent open profiles, which most operators overestimate: open your usual working set and read committed memory in Task Manager before buying hardware.
Proxies behind a Windows antidetect setup
A browser isolates fingerprints, not IP addresses, so every tool above expects a proxy per profile (why antidetect browsers need proxies explains the reasoning).
SparkProxy sells datacenter proxies only, so be precise about grade. For research and monitoring profiles, such as checking ads, prices or search results by country, a datacenter exit is usually fine and cheap. For creating or holding accounts on platforms that score ASN type, a datacenter IP undercuts a carefully built profile, and residential or mobile IPs from a provider that sells them are the honest recommendation.
When a datacenter exit is the right grade, three settings matter in the profile's proxy panel:
- Use the sticky port for anything with a session.
gateway.sparkproxy.io:11002holds the exit, where port 11000 rotates. A login flow that changes IP between steps looks like a stolen session. More in what is a sticky session proxy. - Choose SOCKS5 only if the tool resolves DNS remotely. Port 13000 carries SOCKS5 over TCP. Chromium's QUIC runs on UDP, so disable QUIC in profiles that use SOCKS5.
- Mind the whitelist on a VPS. Plans include 5 to 25 IP whitelist slots. Add the VPS's public IP, or use user:pass auth so profiles keep working when you move hosts.

A 30-minute Windows acceptance check
Run this on the actual machine, during the free tier or trial, before paying for a plan.
- Environment. Run the architecture and GPU commands above. ARM64 or a basic display adapter means reading the vendor's docs again before continuing.
- Install integrity. Check the installer signature, allowlist only the install folder, and confirm the client opens without disabling your antivirus.
- One Windows profile, one exit. Create a profile claiming the same OS family as the host, attach a sticky proxy, and load an IP lookup page inside it. Country, time zone and language should all agree.
- Leak pass. Run WebRTC and DNS leak checks inside the profile with any host VPN switched off.
- Two-profile separation. Open a second profile on a different exit. Compare canvas and WebGL hashes on a fingerprint test page. They should differ between profiles and stay stable across relaunches of the same one.
- Your real target. Ten visits to the site you actually care about. Test pages score you against their own model, not your target's.
If step five shows identical hashes across profiles, the tool is not isolating on this host, and no amount of proxy quality fixes that.

As of September 2026, Octo Browser lists Server 2016, 2019 and 2022, Kameleo lists Server 2016 and later, GoLogin lists Server 2016, and AdsPower lists Server 2016 and later for its SunBrowser engine. Multilogin says Server 2019 may work but has not been officially tested.
Multilogin explicitly does not support Windows on ARM, and the other major tools do not document ARM64 builds. The x64 client may still launch under emulation, but treat that as unsupported. A cheap x64 Windows VPS accessed over remote desktop is the safer route.
Antidetect clients ship modified browser binaries, spawn many processes and open local API ports, which can match antivirus heuristics, especially on new builds. Verify the installer's Authenticode signature names the real vendor, then allowlist only the install folder. Never allowlist a cracked or repackaged build.
Usually not. The antidetect client can change what JavaScript reports, but canvas text and WebGL output are still drawn by Windows font rendering and a Direct3D backend. Windows profiles on a Windows host are the lowest-risk choice, and Windows users are a large enough population to blend into.
